Even though the location was idea the cleanliness of the rooms are a lot to be desired

I would highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. It’s a quiet neighborhood, yet everything is within walking distance. You don’t compromise living space for location. The unit is large, well equipped and very well maintained. Being on the third floor allows you to open windows for a nice breeze which is great in the summer. Secured off-street parking is a huge plus. I’m hard pressed to find any shortcomings. There was only one wine glass in the kitchen which was a bit odd. I guess sharing a wine glass with my wife was the most inconvenient part of the stay. So, I will give it 4.95 out of 5 stars.

Fabulous helpful staff. Good selection of breakfast dishes and evening meal was good but selection limited. Location ideal for shoppers and access to centre and New Theatre Unfortunately our arrival was marred because it was difficult to find the hotel with a car and we were not aware that we would have to use an NCP car park some distance away. We are disabled and fortunately Asif kindly advised us of disabled spaces behind the hotel and checked if one was available for me, as I had to walk a long way to get into the hotel. We got a disabled space, but were reluctant to leave it during our stay, and this limited where we could go, as we could not risk not getting a space afterwards. The worst part was that the bed was impossible to sleep in. It was very high and so soft we felt as if we would fall our every time we turned over. You could not sit on it because you slid off it. We would have left after first night, but had a show booked, so stuck it out for a second night but curtailed our stay. Reception were understanding and made a generous offer to compensate us. They admitted that the mattresses were in the process of being changed.
