The 4-storey apartment house is located in the Duhnen spa district on a traffic-calmed street. The distance to the beach is about 250m. In the house there is an elevator, a bicycle room and a service room with a coin operated washing machine and coin operated dryer. The tastefully furnished apartment has a large living-dining area, a cozy seating area, radio, CD player, flat-screen TV (digital), WiFi and a dining area. There is also a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, other kitchen utensils and dishes for 2-3 people. Strandnah aber leider enttäuscht
Wir waren von ende Juli bis anfang August in der Ferienwohnung und sind leider für den Preis sehr enttäuscht. Das Badezimmer war nicht Sauber und musste von uns gereinigt werden. Der Duschkopf ist seit vermutlich Wochen oder Monaten nicht gereinigt worden, der ist voll mit Kalk. Ebenfalls der Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken war alles andere als Sauber.....Grade im Sanitärbereich habe ich da kein verständniss für. In der Küche waren ebenfalls Gerätschaften nicht Sauber. ( Stabmixer und Töpfe ) Des weiteren ist die Ausstattung zum Kochen eher dürftig und wir mussten viel Auswärts essen gehen. Die Küchentüre wohinter sich der Mülleimer befindet, schlägt beim öffnen immer an der Kühlschrank Türe an. Im Schlafzimmer geht es leider weiter. Keine Schränke vorhanden. Nur wackelnde Regale mit Schubladen. Für 10 Tage und 3 Personen definitiv iv , zu wenig Stauraum. Die Regale sollten auch in der Wand verankert werden. Das Rollo vom Schlafzimmerfenster ist viel zu groß Dimensioniert und lässt sich nicht vernünftig schließen. Die Lage der Wohnung in Strandnähe ist super. Für den Preis haben wir leider mehr erwartet und werden diese Wohnung wohl nicht mehr Mieten.

Angenehm. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Minus-Punkte waren das fehlende Eisfach (stand auch im Inserat) und die sehr weiche Matratze. Dafür empfand ich die Stühle(fast wie Sessel) als sehr bequem.

Gute Wohnung mit Abstrichen
Der Kontakt lief reibungslos, das Mobiliar, insbesondere das Sofa waren gut. Abstriche gibt es durch die Küchenausstattung. Wir waren schon einmal dort, allerdings über einen kürzeren Zeitraum, deswegen ist es uns nicht so aufgefallen. Mal eine Kleinigkeit selber zu machen ist schwierig, Pfannen ungeeignet. Der Backofen, ein Kombigerät kompliziert zu bedienen. Also unsere Pizza ist nicht gelungen. Lage top. Brötchen auf dem Campingplatz nebenan, Aldi kurzwegig zu erreichen und Strand 250 m. An Hundebesitzer, die Hunde dürfen nicht an die Promenade, sondern nur auf den Deich. Abgesehen von der Küche empfehlenswert.
