Your apartment is located in the beautiful Duhnen district of Cuxhaven. The terraced house is located directly behind the dike and offers you an in-house, newly renovated and renovated wellness area to relax, with a swimming pool and sauna.
In this great and central location, we have completely redesigned the "Möwenkoje" holiday apartment for you in Nov. 15. It offers space for max. 5 people and has a lot of personality, charm and 5 cozy sleeping accommodations, spread over 2 rooms.
So that you can enjoy the great Duhner sandy beach to the fullest, we provide you with a free beach chair.

The Möwenkoje is located on the edge of the terraced house and can be easily reached by elevator.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a full sleeper chair with slatted frame and mattress.
The cozy and charmingly furnished living room transforms into the second sleeping area in just a few simple steps. There is a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame and mattress available. This area can also be separated from the rest of the apartment with blackout curtains.
There are also blackout options in all rooms.
So that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with children with us, there is a baby bed incl. Mattress, baby blanket and pillow, a high chair, changing mat and children's dishes are available. Of course, we have also installed childproof sockets in all rooms!
The large covered balcony offers a holiday feeling to look at through an unobstructed view of the small forest and the dike behind it. It invites you to relax, unwind and get together.
The apartment is non-smoking.
The wellness area is closed in the economy season (November).
Pets are unfortunately no longer allowed in the terrace house.

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand
Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder [5 u. 6 J. alt]) für 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung Möwenkoje. Für uns war insgesamt alles perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei und schnell. Vor Ort ist für die Schlüsselübergabe eine Hausverwaltung zuständig. Diese war sehr gut telefonisch erreichbar und durchweg freundlich. Die Übergabe hat problemlos funktioniert. Zur Wohnung gehört eine Garage, ein Bollerwagen, ein Strandkorb (ab Mai) und die Nutzung des neuen Schwimmbads und der Sauna. Letzteres befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Ferienwohnung auf gleicher Etage, was super komfortabel ist. Der Wellnessbereich und auch die Wohnung waren super sauber. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in der 1. Etage und ist ebenfalls über einen Aufzug erreichbar. An Ausstattung ist alles wichtige für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. In der Küche stand ein kleines Set bereit mit Spültuch, Mülltüten, Tabs etc, was wir super aufmerksam fanden. Ausflugstipps etc liegen ebenfalls in der Wohnung aus. Die Garage ist etwas eng, aber rückwärts kann man gut einparken.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt in Duhnen gegenüber vom Strand. Ebenfalls gegenüber befindet sich ein Spielplatz. Die Einkaufsstraße ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist auch ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge. Wir brauchten mit dem Auto/Rad nirgends länger hin als 10 bis 15 Minuten.

Die Lage der gemütlichen Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand, nah dem Zentrum von Duhnen. Das Schwimmbad direkt gegenüber der Wohnung ist wie neu ( vermutlich frisch saniert). Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren zu 5 in der Wohnung bissel klein aber da wir eigentlich nur zum schlafen da waren war es auch wieder ausreichend
An der Sauberkeit müsste ein wenig gearbeitet werden aber da kann man schonmal drüber hinwegsehen
Preis/Leistung waren toll
Die Garage solllte man eventuell gegen einen Stellplatz tauschen oder zusätzlich zur Verfügung stellen da diese für ubser Auto doch recht eng war

Perfekt für Familien mit 1-2 Kindern
Wir sind mit unseren Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden, Wohnung war perfekt für uns, die Lage konnte nicht besser sein und dass man Pool und Sauna quasi 20 Schritte entfernt hat war definitiv ein Highlight, gerade wenn das Wetter nicht so schön war. Spielplatz ist auch sehr nah, zum Strand oder Zentrum braucht man nur 5 min zu Fuß. Ich fande super, dass die Wohnung sogar Plastik Besteck und Geschirr, Hochstuhl und wickel Auflage hatte, war für uns sehr Hilfreich.

Kurztrip an die Küste
Tolle Ferienwohnung! Für ein paar Tage geht die Größe gut, wir hatten vorab gelesen, dass sie sehr klein sei. Das stimmt, aber es reicht! Die Lage ist großartig. Schade, dass im Inserat nicht das Stockwerk angegeben ist. Wir hatten so gehofft, das Meer zu sehen. Und leider war das Schwimmbad und die Saune wegen Wartungsarbeiten nicht nutzbar, aber muss ja auch mal sein. Alles in allem würde ich wiederkommen!

Wundervolle und saubere Wohnung in wirklich toller Lage! Genau wie in der Beschreibung! Der Urlaub war definitiv zu kurz- wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage und geniale Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist wirklich klein. Trotzdem haben wir uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 4 und 7 Jahre alt) super wohl gefühlt. Wir haben es genossen, in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung den Urlaub zu verbringen.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und das Schwimmbad mit Sauna ist auf derselben Ebene. Genial.
Ansonsten hat uns nichts gefehlt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal in der Möwenkoje unseren Urlaub verbringen.
Die Lage ist auch genial: Björns Beach um die Ecke, zum Strand 3 Minuten, Spielplatz und Minigolf in 1 Minute, Stadt auch in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
Insgesamt eine der besten Wohnungen, die wir bisher in Duhnen hatten.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super, sehr freundlich und schnelle Antwort. So soll das sein.
