« This was the perfect home base for our family of hikers! Conveniently located on the east side of Glacier NP, the drive to the Many Glacier, Saint Mary, and Two Medicine entrances were all about 30-45 minutes. We are so glad we found this house instead of staying on the west side of the park, which could have take much longer to drive to and from the west side each day to get to the larger hiking on the east side. « Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place, but since we booked our room on the east side of Glacier later than we should have, this was the only place we could find with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The area was very poor and run down. It was difficult find the double-wide modular home because the address took us to a parallel street and there were few street signs. « Clean place, very responsive host, convenient location. Not made obvious in the posting that this is a trailer home. But, it worked for what our party needed, which was an overnight stay before heading into GNP early the next morning for a thru backpacking trip. It would have been tight had there more than 6 of us. »

« This was a great location. If you are hiking, just know there is a steep gravel driveway you need to walk up from the train station. Doable even for the middle-aged folks in our group. We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was very responsive. »
