No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved 4\. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors. 5\. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200. 6\. If bringing a pet: 6.1 We don\`t allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies. 6.2 A pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the deposit. 6.3 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog\`s poop) 6.4 No pets allowed on furniture or beds. 7\. Follow state laws when using a fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended. 8\. For noise complaints: 8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call-out. 8.2\. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay. 9\. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property, such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission. 10\. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning. 11\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. A $65 fee applies for return shipping and staff handling. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded. Follow all check-out procedures: 1\. Take out all trash 2\. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher) Note: \* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the couches).
