Thank you for checking out our rental property. You will enjoy this spacious 2000 SQFT, 4 Bedroom (plus an extra Queen bed in the family room,) 2 Bath, two car garage in Custer. This property is right next to the Rock Crest Lodge so if you are having a family reunion or wedding this is the place for you! Our nightly fee includes up to 10 people. We hope that you will find this home as charming as we do and will try to keep it as clean as you entered it. The home is fully stocked with towels, toiletries, linens, dishes, small appliances, utensils, pantry items, 1 play pen, books, 3 TV's and Wifi. You are within walking distance to downtown Custer and many area attractions. This home is right off Mt Rushmore road so if you have motorcycles you have 1/2 block of gravel to get to this home. Home has 2 separate WALL AC units that can handle hot days. The living area and outdoor space were great for visiting with each other. Wicked Espresso had great coffee next door and you have to try the Purple Pie Place which is also next door. And when an early evening hailstorm hit when we were driving home we were so glad there was a garage to pull into. We will definitely be back! The area was so beautiful! ##### Janice G. The gas tanks were out of gas and before the owner could come with another tank we bought another one since we wanted to grill--she did offer to pay us back for that. Enjoyed the roominess of the house with 4 bedrooms and another area that had a bed with a sitting area. Patio on the front and deck on the back was especially enjoyable for our meals. Unfortunately, for the owner, it looks like some past guests took some framed art home with them since a few rooms had holes in the walls where art had been. Loved we had the use of the 2 car garage for the motorcycles. Location was great if you are looking at something quiet and away from the riffraff of Sturgis or Buffalo Chip. We did have to wash the dishes/silverware since they seemed to be greasy and dirty. The countertop in the kitchen was dirty too but a quick cleanup fixed that. The refrigerator/freezer is getting old with ice buildup. The beds were comfy since they had foam toppers. The 2 air conditioners upstairs was fine for the upstairs area on hot days but the downstairs was hot and stuffy. Called the property manager was very understanding and attentive to our needs. She installed another portable air conditioner unit in the downstairs and brought several fans for our needs the next morning since the stores were closed that night (we appreciated that). The extra a/c unit worked and made our stay more comfortable. Overall the house met our needs for an enjoyable week of enjoying the black hills attractions. ##### Dawn S.
