Do not stay here!! This was by far my worst hotel experience. I booked a room with either one double bed or two twin beds, but the room only had a single bed. I complained immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, so I couldnt change rooms (which was a lie, because I reserved a room online, to check availability). Everytime I would speak to staff, they would have a different answer. I was finally told to call customer service, but the waiting time was so long that I never got throught to someone. The room felt as if it had been abandoned, there were no decorations, the heating didnt work and it was very cold. The bathroom would flood every single time I showered. I will never be staying here again and will tell my friends and family to avoid this place.

Horrible experience!
They are horrible!!!!! I arrived for check in and they didn’t have any room available , I had a paid reservation and they booked me at a cheap hotel in a very sketchy area. I felt unsafe and very disrespected because I was with my family and they put everyone in risk!!!! Don’t trust your book because they oversold and you gonna have a room in a cheap and different hotel!

O quarto é simples, nada velho demais, é bem amplo, dependendo do andar a vista é bem bonita pois tem sacada, o chuveiro é razoavelmente bom. Resumindo o cusyo benefício é otimo, só não gostamos muito da cama. Estávamos no oitavo andar e ouvimos um pouquinho de barulho pois o hotel fica literalmente na avenida e em frente a estação rodoviária e de trem, mas quem vai viajar para acordar tarde ? rs. O cafe é so ate as 10h, rs. No mais, voltaremos sim, dependendo do preco.

Experiência a Baixo da Média Esperada.
Minha experiência foi muito abaixo da média. Quesitos como o estacionamento em outro local sem a devida informação de onde seria e questões de segurança do veículo, a manutenção, as instalações e a pintura interna dos quartos com muitos sinais de mofo nas paredes e tetos, além de coisas simples de resolver como um secador de cabelos que desliga com poucos minutos de uso e ferro de passar roupas sem o vaporizador, deixaram muito a desejar durante minha estadia.

Não tive boa experiência, no mesmo dia que cheguei ao entrar no quarto me deparei com muita coisa anormal, base da cama suja e velha, colchão horrível quando deitava afundava, o banho limpo de qualquer jeito, espelho sujo e respingado,o box parecia anos sem limpar, o edredom soltando o forro, entrei em contato através do chat passei todas as reclamações, ficaram de comunicar com o hotel e fazer a troca e acabou as diárias e nenhuma providência foi tomada por ambos, para mim foi a pior experiência que tive durante anos que viajo, achei um descaso total pois não tive nenhuma assistência e retorno, fica aqui registrado minha indignação.

Minha segunda vez nesse hotel. A primeira foi em 2017 e havia gostado bastante. Dessa vez fui com mais 2 pessoas, dividimos um quarto triplo por uma noite e foi tudo ok. Estava com receio por conta dos comentários, mas gostamos bastante. Localização boa pra quem vai fazer o passeio de trem, quarto espaçoso, estava limpo e cheiroso. Enfim, para o preço cobrado, tem ótimo custo benefício.

Mau atendimento no aspecto que eramos duas senhoras 67 e 80 anos e um.homem de moletas, ninguem se quer se levantou para ajudar com.bagagem ou ate mesmo segurar a porta do elevador . Colchão em.péssimmo estado rotos e com cheiro de mofo. A porta de.correr do ap. Não tranca. A casa de banho chão.sujo. porta de vidro muito sujas e manchadas.
