Incredible view of the sea, Wonderful comfortable villa
Marchetti Villa was the perfect place to stay and explore the Cupra Marittima area. The villa and pool were clean and comfortable for our family group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Tommaso met us when we arrived and showed us the house, gardens, pool and fruit trees. Tommaso helped us find a cooking lesson with a local lady, which was a wonderful experience. We had an exceptional fixed price supper at PepeNero and another fine dining experience with farm fresh ingredients at the La Fattoria di Lori. We wish we could stay longer than the 5 nights we stayed at Villa Marchetti.

Perfect Location - Great Host
Great vacation in a great location! We were here with two families for 14 days in September 2021 and have to say that the holiday home is perfect. Sufficient rooms and bathrooms, great, large communal kitchen, a perfect pool and an incredible garden with fig and olive trees and a vegetable garden. Cupra Marittima is a beautiful village on the coast with the typical, loving Italian charm. Beach and parking were ideal. The Villa Maretti is about 170m above on a hill. From there, there are many excellent and challenging tours in the area especially for MTB / Gravel fans - really great! Our thanks go to Tommaso for his hospitality and his team - everything was very well prepared. Stay healthy Tommaso and toitoitoi for the wine 2021. 1000 thanks

Es hat alles gepasst . Die Lage, die Größe des Hauses, zimmeraufteilung . Sehr schöner Außenbereich ,Pool und der Ausblick. Auch Tommaso war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great stay in beautiful countryside
Our family vacation with a group of nine people was great! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults enjoyed the beautiful views & setting, the picturesque villages and towns in the area, local cuisine and Tommasso‘s wine. Communication with the owner was always perfect and we felt always safe in the house in spite of the loneliness of the estate. We would return to Villa Marchetti in a heartbeat!

Phantastisches Haus in unglaublich schöner Lage
Das Haus liegt ganz phantastisch etwas oberhalb des Ortes und steht ganz für sich alleine. Es gibt viel Platz um die Ruhe und die wunderbare Lage zu genießen. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und sehr angenehm durch das leicht salzige Wasser anstelle von Chlor. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und jederzeit für die Anliegen der Gäste erreichbar - vielen Dank - wir kommen gerne wieder !

Bellissima vacanza
Siamo stati per il secondo anno di fila in Villa Marchetti. Come l'anno passato e stata una bellissima vacanza. Tommasso e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa.La casa e bellissima e in piscina si sta molto bene. Da raccomandare assolutamente se si vuole passare delle belle e rilassanti vacanze.

Wunderschön, sehr zu empfehlen
Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und schön. Sehr gute Ausstattung Der große Pool hat den Kindern am Besten gefallen. Der Besitzer ist sehr zuvorkommend, gut organisiert und immer erreichbar wenn Fragen sind. Wir wurden auch großzügig mit seinem guten Wein versorgt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön, die Aussicht auf das Meer fantastisch. Das Haus liegt sehr schön auf einem Hügel, unten im Ort gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch einen Strand. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden am Liebsten bereits unseren nächsten Aufenthalt buchen Vielen Dank an Tomasso für tolle zwei Wochen in seinem Haus.

Posto bellissimo e comodissimo
Abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza bellissima, casa molto spaziosa e comodissima con vista sul mare. Abbiamo passato due settimane da favola; San Benedetto si raggiunge con 20min da Cupra, Tommaso é stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile sicuramente sarà un'esperienza sicuramente da rifare.

Prachtige villa in adembenemend kader op een boogscheut van de zee.
Niets dan lof voor deze prachtige villa. Gelegen op een hoogte boven de badstad Cupra Marittima. De villa is zeer makkelijk bereikbaar via een privéweg en ligt volledig in de natuur. Met uitzicht op de wijngaarden rondom rond én op de zee. De eigenaar verbouwt zelf wijn, als hobby en trakteert zijn bezoekers bij aankomst op enkele flessen ! Boven zijn er 4 volwaardige tweepersoons slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. De badkamers zijn vernieuwd en volledig uitgerust. De benedenverdieping is ook ter beschikking en volledig uitgerust voor rolstoelgebruikers. Rondom het huis is een zeer ruime en goed onderhouden tuin. Met groententuin waar je tomaten, paprika's, enz.. mag gaan plukken. En een prachtig zwembad met voldoende zetels, stoelen en ligbedden en van waaruit je nog steeds zicht hebt op de zee. Omdat de woning nog maar recent te huur wordt aangeboden, ontbreken soms nog kleinigheden. Maar de eigenaar staat altijd klaar om dit of dat aan te vullen. Als je 2 weken na elkaar blijft, wordt in het midden van jouw verblijf de woning volledig gereinigd, de lakens verschoond, verse handdoeken aangevoerd, enz. De WIFI is degelijk. Het is alleen jammer dat die maar in een deel van de villa en bijna niet in de tuin te gebruiken is. Een toplocatie voor een redelijke prijs.

The most beautiful location!
The surroundings of the house is the most perfekt for a quiet, relaxing vaccation. You should rent a car, the walks down to cupra marittima and back to the house are real workouts :) The house is big, great rooms and places to be together, very fresh and clean, you immediately felt at home. At last, but not least the owner Tommaso: friendly, respectful and did everything in his power to make us feel pleased with the house! We all (7 ladies) want to go back very soon!

Excellent stay! Awesome Villa with amazing sightseeing
If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the perfect place to be. The beautiful villa and the wonderful sightseeing over the Adriatic sea made my vacations be simply perfect. Tommaso, the owner was very kind and showed us all the wineyards he has. We also tasted his wine (thanks for the bottles you let us try!). We will try to come back as soon as possible!
