The conditions of the rooms is another story. We had 5 family members rent rooms there for Christmas vacation. Our room had the bathroom sink leaking. Another room had the hot water faucet not working. Another room had water on the floor between the beds. One room had the Maid sign hanging on the door but the room was never serviced. The breakfast Monday through Thursday mornings provide hot scrambled eggs and sausages. Its not advertised that Friday to Sunday it's a Continental breakfast. Didn't tell us where the best place to park was or any other information, just handed me a key card. The room was really clean but very outdated, they have not made any renovations to carpet, furniture, or anything else since purchasing the property from Cupertino Inn. The fountain was no longer working and did not have water in it.
