"While the property was clean, the staff very pleasant and helpful and the food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent the introduction of a £5 parking fee for guests between strict hours of your booking which if exceeded would result in a parking fine I find to be unnecessary and stingy. "We only stayed the 1 night, but it was such a pleasant surprise. Overall the property is amazing and the best part is the staff. Pippa was amazing, she took care of any request we had from taxi bookings (multiple times) and just taking care of us overall, we never had a moment of stress, thank you Pippa. Roy at the bar was amazing and super knowledgeable about all the scotches and Whiskey they had on the properties and he is a great conversationalist. We will definitely be back."
