Five minutes to Cupar, 20 minutes to St Andrews. 15 minutes to Glenrothes. 20 minutes to mile long sandy beaches of Tentsmuir. 30 minutes to Elie, Pitenweem Anstruther and Crail. Cairnie Fruit Farm and Deer park in nearby Cupar. King bed with tempur mattress and ensuite. Bedding provided but no towels. Good shower room. Full white modern kitchen with dining area. Second bedroom two single beds and comfortable seating area. FREE SAT 32 inch tv and fireplace. No wifi. Double glazed and centrally heated throughout.
