"Location is fantastic. Easy walk across street to the beach. Room was adequate. Could use a chair to sit in. We used one of our beach chairs. 1 out of 5 for the very low low toilet. Tv fine but an in room guide would be nice. Or even just a note saying TV guide is on channel 25. In room clock didnt work. Bed and bedding was fine. Towels OK. Ice machine nice. Now breakfast was 3 out of 5 no waffle maker. Staff was 5 out of 5. Helpful and breakfast area very clean. Fresh juice was great. We would stay here again."

"We stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned. The room was very dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. The location was amazing."

"The location was convenient for most of what I wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is right on the beach, but due to that there were often people hanging out in the parking lot smoking near by etc... My room was fine; a bit awkward but fine for one person. The bathroom had many extras and storage which was nice. My windows faced the beach, but one whole side was blurred/smudged out I guess from being old. My room was near the elevator and it was very loud both nights. Sounded like many drunk people in the hallway. The breakfast and amenities were disappointing. The parking area was ok, but you are charged for it. I would pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time."

"There are two primary reasons I rated this property 3 out of 5 stars. The room and facilities were very nice. However, this is a Springhill Suites, not a Motel 6. I did not expect to hear my neighbors walking on the floor above me, nor did I expect to hear them using the bathroom. This is not what I expect from a well-respected, higher-end chain like Springhill Suites. The other reason I am not completely happy is the parking fees. I knew about the $15/day parking when I reserved the room, but to charge the full amount for the day you check in (which is late) and the day you check out (which is early) is unacceptable. When I see companies screwing their customers like this, I make a point of not returning."
