« The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Area was perfect and woodsy. Saw deer walking a couple times behind the house. Walked the dogs to Strawberry Hill Foundation and walked them on the trail. And gettysburg was only 12 miles away. Gettysburg was amazing and had a wonerful time. »

« This place was perfect for our little getaway! The area was beautiful, the cabin itself was cute and quaint and met all of our needs. Easy self check in. The view from the deck was wonderful and we enjoyed a few meals outside. It was comfy, cozy, and a perfect spot not too far away from what we wanted to do in Gettysburg. Everything was clean and well cared for. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Would definitely recommend this place to stay!...

« This was the perfect home for us to stay with our family and dogs! Everything we could possibly need was in this home and there wasn't a single thing that we needed that we couldn't find. The dog run was great and we enjoyed exploring the creek and surrounding area on a few walks with our fur babies. « We stayed at the Misty Mountain Lodge over Nov 1-2 weekend for a wedding in Gettysburg. All of the positive comments you read for the property are speaking the truth. There were a number of little add ons that showed attention to detail for guest comfort. Three different kinds of coffee pots A Keurig,an espresso maker, and a drip coffee pot. « This was a wonderful house for our extended family vacation. There was plenty of space for 15 of us ranging from 3 months to seniors. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials. If you need space for a large group and don’t mind a bit of a drive to places of interest, this house will meet your needs. The only downside was lack of cell service, however good WiFi at the house. We had to find directions before leaving the house since it took awhile to pick up service for google maps. »

« Missy was an excellent host and her property is an absolute gem. Everything is so tastefully appointed and tiny details do not go unnoticed. Beds are very comfy and we all slept great.
