The property is secluded but does overlook a few houses in the distance. Situated in a rural area, about 15 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

○ No smoking or vaping inside. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

○ Follow hot tub rules, if changing the hot tub water is required, a $200 fee will be assessed.

○ No glass outside. No slip and slides allowed.

○ For safety & security, there are outdoor surveillance cameras.

○ No hunting or firearms permitted on the property.

○ No fireworks on the property.

○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver`s license prior to check-in.

○ Local guests please contact me prior to booking.

○ Check all your belongings before leaving. Shipping forgotten items will incur a $35 fee.

○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
