A beautiful property with incredibly helpful and polite staff. The staff was quick and responsive in communication. The foliage and courtyard were gorgeous and so well maintained. Had a gorgeous rooftop with a 360 view that you could relax on, watch the sunset, view Antigua from above and even see Fuego erupt. The laundry service was great. I needed clothes washed and you simply give them to the front desk and they give them back to you later washed. The room was quaint. A small, cottage feel. Although it was slightly lacking in amenities. The hair dryer provided didn't work. Although I'm sure if I told the staff they would have come quickly with a replacement, they were very responsive. The rooms had gorgeous giant windows, but lacked screens. The weather was so nice, but we couldn't even open the windows because mosquitos would come in the room and bite us. So it was quite hot in the room without airflow. There was no ceiling fan, but they did provide tower fans for us to use, which did help a bit, but it would have been better with fresh air. Another thing was the room had no mini fridge. So we couldn't have any cold beverages and if you plan to stay here, don't bring back any left overs because theres no where to preserve them. ):

My husband and I loved everything about this resort. Hospitality and service throughout the entire stay, truly met our expectations. If you're looking for a weekend getaway or a long stay this is the place. Looking to come back and enjoy our stay with family.

The staff were very kind and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Arranging a transfer to the airport was easy, our laundry was taken care of, and the free breakfast was icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

Staff was EXTREMELY kind and welcoming. I assumed boat transportation would be as easy as other parts of the lake which led me to not have transportation when it was time for me to arrive at the hotel. The hotel was incredibly helpful and helped me get on a public boat which saved me from paying $100 for a public boat. The hotel is VERY secluded and it felt like I was the only person there. I definitely should have picked something closer to other towns because I felt like I wasted a day of my trip however that was 100% my fault. Would stay here again but with plans to have more of a relaxing vacation instead of traveling. Definitely don’t book if you are looking to travel around the lake and maximize your time however if you are looking for a slow relaxing day or few days this is a great option especially if you’re willing to book one of the more expensive rooms.
