A cute little property that met our needs. It was helpful to have onsite (shared/coin laundry), it was a trek to find at first, but the host's map was helpful. Responsive host. Friendly suggestions for improvement: the bathroom could use a little TLC and the drain plug in the bathtub needs fixing (if you or your child needs/wants to take a bath the tub will not stay full); master bed was too squeaky and uncomfortable for two adults, and the last few nights we were kept awake by the sound of roof rats. We loved the location being less than a 30min drive from both Key West and Marathon, and within 20min of several beaches. The kids took a dip in the private pool in the back everyday. Check-in process was seamless, and the rooms were perfectly climate controlled. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in the keys. ##### Elliott S.
