The house was great with ample room and closet space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and there were bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, etc. for us to use outdoors. The dock was perfect for our 30 foot boat, and there was plenty of room under the house for our boating supplies. The view was amazing, and the property manager was exceptional. She was flexible and so easy to work with, and she had a variety of cold beverages waiting for us when we checked in. This home is best we have ever rented! The home has an open floor plan and high ceilings. The back porch is a great hang out to enjoy the open water Atlantic views. The quick ocean access is a plus for us. The dock handled our 31’ boat great. Tracie and Henry couldn’t be nicer and made us feel at home. The lush tropical landscape is beautiful. My kids enjoyed seeing the land crabs and iguanas. The home has some nice relaxing space underneath. We caught tarpon and mangrove snapper from the dock. The sunset views are fantastic.
