"Couldn't shower because the handle was broken; couldn't turn on the water. Blood (?) smear on the bathroom door. Elevators were filthy. Bed was comfortable. So were the pillows. Did not have breakfast"

"I used to stay there a lot. At some point the beds got worse and they started using microfiber bed sheets. They feel gross. My room had a side table awkwardly place where a sofa should be. I probably won't stay there again."

"Upon arrival, there were two long hairs on the bathroom floor that weren't ours. Although the room had many amenities, I found the two dark walls and dark carpeting made the room dark and depressing to be in. Free parking and free breakfast were a plus!"
