No dishwasher! Kitchen faucet had black mold around where the water comes out!
Very disappointing! Terrible mattresses, missed matched sheets that did not stay on mattress! Flat, hard pillows, we had to go out and buy pillows! The problem with the mold on the kitchen faucet was unbelievable. Dishes can not be sanitized without use of dishwasher!!!!!!! We went out and bought paper plates and cups. No more stays with your company!

Great trip!

Great stay
We rented this place as we were in crossville for a wedding. The house was as described. Clean and perfect location for us. The owners were easy to reach and had no issues. Checkin and out were also very easy. If I’m the area again we would definitely re book!

Great Get Away
Enjoyed our time staying. Property located near conveniences and activities. Safe neighborhood. Met all our needs. We only had two requests if coming back again. It did not offer a Keurig, which we use daily, and it needs a dehumidifier to remove the dampness. The kitchen needs a little TLC. Appliances were a little rough. But we would request property again.

Everything you want
Glad to be able to play golf and use the pool at the club. Condo was in a great area and was comfortable and clean. Easy to find dinner places as well as shopping.

Property worked well for our needs. Though there was so much bedding in one of the closets that there wasn’t space to hang my clothes which was problematic, you might want to organize that space better. We appreciated the green space off the deck and enjoyed being able to play a yard game we’d brought along. Beds were comfortable as was the living room set.

Great Townhome
We stayed for two nights with our two Yorkipoos and our Service Dog. The hosts were very gracious. The community is excellent and safe. The home was very clean, well appointed with plenty of supplies in kitchen and lots of extra linen. We will stay again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful property!
Nice and clean condo! Love the open floor plan and the grass area out back. Parking is right in front of the condo. Quite neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo and location
We stayed several weeks here to visit relatives in both TN and NC. Nate and Elizabeth were wonderful hosts and Nate promptly took care of the any issues we had. He had great tips on restaurants, too which we appreciated. Loved the walking trails in Fairfield Glade.

Great Location
Great location and very close to the community center for swimming and activities. Wonderful hiking trails as well. Condo nice and easy access for entry. Text the owner for outside light burned out and no toilet paper and she immediately supplied. Will stay again when visiting.

Hunting trip
My husband and a couple of his friends stayed at the condo for a hunting and enjoyed their stay. It was close to the hunting area and they enjoyed the condo after being in the woods all day. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we needed to contact them for fixing a booking issue that I did. I would recommend them to others looking for a place to stay around Crossville.

Clean & updated!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a short getaway. The condo was clean and updated which made it so comfortable for us. The location was also perfect as it was close to the Fairfield Glade amenities but still so quiet and peaceful. Elizabeth was so easy to get in touch with before our visit and communicated all of the policies clearly. We are planning to return to the area and will definitely only be looking at this condo as our place to stay!

Weekend Golf Trip
Elizabeth was very friendly and even accommodated letting us drop our bags off before the unit was cleaned (4 hours before our check-in). The home was extremely clean and exactly as advertised, perfect for a weekend golf trip or any other occasion. Would recommend to anyone.

Short trip to Fairfield Glade
We were timeshare owners in Fairfield Glade for 30 years up until the past couple years and always loved the area. Being in our 80's and unable to play a lot of golf anymore we still love to visit the area 2 or 3 times a year. Looking for a place to stay on our visits we found the Maxwell properties. Turned out to be a great choice. The rental was very clean, very quiet, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owners are very quick to respond to questions, their place is well equipped with anything one may need, and very comfortable accommodations. I think they may be seeing more of us in the future on our occasional visits to the area..

This property was wonderful! Owners responded quickly to all messages and questions. Home was very clean and the area was super friendly. Perfect location for a long weekend of golfing. Less than 10 mins to the majority of golf courses in the area. Definitely recommend!!
