Loved the place. The beds could have been more comfortable. The day shift manager was rude and unprofessional.

Extra charge for pet
I was quite disappointed when upon my arrival I was charged $50 extra dollars because I had my 14lb dog with me. I would not have stayed there if I knew of the charge. I saw that the place was pet friendly on the hotels.com site. The desk person told me pet friendly does not mean free ! I might call them pet unfriendly.

The hotel was crowded and noisy. There wasn’t parking for big trucks and the staff wasn’t very friendly.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, especially the bed. Breakfast was also good and plentuful. The only problem was inconsiderate guests who kept the luggage carts in their rooms rather than returning them to the lobby.

The bed was very well slept in and sagging. The sheets did not fit the bed. The shower was not great. There were dust bunnies on the floors. The staff was ok and breakfast was good. It definitely wasn’t worth the price!

Everyone there - particularly Janet - were kind and welcoming and accommodating. We had an amazing stay, comfortable bed, perfect shower, and filling breakfast. Cannot recommend more.
