This dreamlike penthouse is located in the most beautiful villa district of Crikvenica! Here you have a very nice living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a unique roof terrace at your disposal. In addition to the standard equipment, this flat has 2 air conditioning units (2x in the living area), 2 large Smart TVs with satellite connection, a WiFi connection, a solar hot water supply, a massage shower and underfloor heating for colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, large freezer, filter coffee machine, egg boiler etc. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
