Spacious, tastefully and modernly furnished apartment in a quiet residential area of Crikvenica. The apartment is ideal for 4 people and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a living area with a second double bed and a sofa. From the living area you can access the covered and furnished terrace. The garden can also be used. Extras in the apartment include a washing machine, WiFi, air conditioning and a barbecue. Outside, guests have access to a large, shaded terrace with chairs.  
The property is 700 meters from the beach and 700 meters from the center. The nearest grocery store is 800 meters from the vacation property. The surrounding restaurant is 700 meters away.
