"The hotel and staff are fantastic, it’s in a great position a few steps from the pretty town centre. Our room was very cosy and spotless. We ate at the hotel both nights, the restaurant is run by young girls are so professional and do a fantastic job. The first night we had fish and chips which was superb, but the second night which was my birthday I don’t know what happened. I ordered the welsh sirloin steak, I can honestly it was the most tasteless steak I have ever eaten, I don’t know how it was cooked, but it looked like it had been microwaved, it had no grill marks and none of the fat had caramelised. It was awful, i did tel the girls awards but I really should have sent it back. it put a downer on my night. That’s my only complaint and if you ask would we go back. Absolutely it’s a fabulous hotel."

"A lovely stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and I appreciated clear labelling for all items. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool / spa was very nice although my 10 year old was disappointed that she was not able to use the jacuzzis due to her age. My old negative would be the £20 parking charge. "
