They offered us our rooms with flashlights and warm showers. Fortunately, the electricity came on during the night, so we got to experience the Tendrum Lodge during normal operations as well. The staff was so very reassuring during the outage and when the electricity came on. Very good service and was ideal for us. It is 40 minutes drive south of Glencoe but was good value for money and the room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Bath was ideal for soaking muscles after a long day. There are shops and places to eat close by. We had a smash burger from the campsite takeaway right next door by the river.
