When you book a B & B one of the benefits is the welcome and hospitality of the hosts, there were none you are left entirely on your own !!! We sat outside for one hour waiting for somebody to arrive, on our third attempt we noticed a little message in the right hand window that told us we had to go and check in at the hotel opposite. On checking in we were far from happy when they demanded full payment before we had even been allowed to enter it. Every time we needed support or info we had to cross a very busy road and unfortunately most of the time in the rain. Also the views of the property on your web site include rooms that one has no access to, i.e the lounge and a dining room where one assumes you have breakfast. On trying the doors in the hall they were all locked but my attempt caused a dog to bark, there was obviously somebody else on the premises. With regards to the accommodation itself it was OK but a difficult to classify as a superior accommodation. The shower was worrying a very smooth/slippery base with no mat, and no facilities to hold any soap or shower jell etc within the cabinet. THIS WAS NOT A BED AND BREAKFAST IT A HOTEL ANNEX WITH A CHALLENGING ACCESS. Die Zimmer in Glenbruar House sind unglaublich laut, denn sie sind nur durch den Bürgersteig von einer viel befahrenen Straße getrennt. Nachts wird es besser mit dem Verkehr. Die Fenster halten den Lärm gut ab, aber in heißen Nächten bei geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen ist nicht jedermanns Ding. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung gut, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich.
