The owners were so thoughtful and provided just about every kind of tea, coffee, wagon wheels, tunics tea cakes and a cracking breakfast ! Room was compact but contained everything one needed when doing the west highland way and it is literally on route (about 6’ away). Great location right on the west highland way. Upon arrival we were made extremely welcome and showed to our lovely large bedroom. The room was very clean and was very well stocked with beverage making facilities plus chocolate bars and cold drinks in the fridge. The twin beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. We were asked upon arrival what we would like for breakfast and what time we would like it. It was fair to say that it was a breakfast for champions. We started with a large bowl of steaming hot porridge, which was then followed by a large fry up with two of everything we had asked for. We also had the option of tea, coffee and orange juice plus fresh fruit.
