This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. A call or text with a question to Amanda was answered quickly or she would call Billy to come take care of the problem. We had an emergency and had to leave a day early. I was unaware it was at a very high altitude and thought it was at the same altitude as Creede.
