"The hotel was modern and clean. The room had a comfy bed, clean and had a modern tv having Netflix which was great. Only downside was there was no air con or fan. The walls were really thin so could hear everyone in the corridors at all hours. The maid also came into our room without knocking which was a major breach of privacy. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this resort in da lat. staff was so helpful & friendly. The spa is amazing! We were lucky to have a bbq outside one night-it was amazing! We would definitely stay here again & recommend it! "
"We liked that we felt safe, good area and that some staff were decently nice. What we didn’t like was that we booked a room from what the pictures on Expedia showed and then when we got there they put us in a room right next to the loud busy lobby, so we asked to change but then we had to pay an extra fee. Even paying the extra fee and getting room on the top floor with view, we could’ve easily reserved a different hotel with better cleanliness, cheaper and with an Apple TV. This room on the top floor did not have any of that and we were quite dissatisfied about it. At the end of our stay we wanted to leave one day early because of starting to get sick so we told reception of our plan to leave and they didn’t even give us a discount or be considerate of our situation. They just told us that since it’s a weekend they can’t give us a discount because they wouldn’t be able to occupy the room. If this hotel took our comments into consideration about the rooms that did not look like the pictures and the fact that we got sick on our vacation in Da Lat, this would’ve been a better story and we would’ve given them a better score but since they did not I’m gonna have to give them 3 stars (that’s even being nice)."
"My say at the nature, Hotel has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. Every aspect of the hotel is relaxing, i.e., the scenery, the furnishings interior decorating. It is also located near a number of excellent restaurants and around the corner from Crazy House which is a must say"
"I’ve stayed at Dreams Hotel in Da Lat a couple times that I’ve visited this beautiful city. The hotel is located in a great area no matter if it’s food or coffee that you’re looking for. It’s a short walk to the night market which is a must visit. If you’re looking to get exercise from the hotel you can walk to the night market and then around Ho Xuan Huong lake (around the lake is about 5 km alone). Breakfast is available and it’s very delicious! The staff of this hotel I can’t say enough great things about them and their friendliness. They can suggest day trips within 50 km of the city.

"Had a really love stay here. The only thing that threw us off was there was no door handle sign for ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please clean’ The cleaners still went into our room and cleaned - this is only a small problem but I was panicking if I had left anything out that is private etc.
