« The room was clean. Didn’t like the beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The air was not on in the room and it was 97 degrees outside and took forever to cool the room down. Also said they put the money on hold and it took it out of my account immediately and I still have not received my deposit back even though we hardily used anything in the room not even the tv. « Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off. The property is horrible and not taken care of. Pool was an accident waiting to happen, no water in the pool, trash in the pool, gate wide open for a child to fall in pool. Not a...
