« BON ACCUEIL. mais assez déçus. quelques petits problèmes. il semble que nous n'ayons pas eu de chance. pas d'eau froide au lavabo qui était bouché. robinetterie de la douche branlant. mauvaise insonorisation : on entendait les voisins mais la chambre avait la possibilité de communiquer avec celle d'à côté. fortes odeurs de cuisine épicée dans la salle de bain par la VMC. Matelas laissé dans le plastique d'origine, pas très agréable..... wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Contrairement à ce qui était...

« Booked three rooms for 8 people. Didn't use two of them as 6 of the group refused to stay in the rooms. One mattress was urine stained, cobwebs blocked one of the bathroom doors, and one of our party is convinced one of the mattresses showed evidence of bedbugs. Reached out to hotels.com regarding a refund for the two unused rooms and was told it would have to be through the property, was placed on hold while they called the property and was told they'd just spoken to them and the manager would...

« I am accustomed to Hilton properties and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel stay. They did not have some of the amenities I normally enjoy at Hilton Properties, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. »

« La réservation a été faite en tenant compte de la mention, sur votre site : "Profitant d'un emplacement de choix sur la plage" . . . il s'agit en fait d'une petite plage privée et il n'est pas possible de marcher sur la plage (elle mesure 15 mètres et le reste sont des pontons pour les bateaux). Mon épouse a été très déçue, il faudrait sans doute modifier votre description ! Nous sommes présentés à 15 heures : réception fermée et nous avons fini par trouver quelqu'un pour nous dire de traverser...
