Owner was great and went out of his way to make sure we had all we needed for our two grandchildren (2 1/2, and 14 months). The re-modeled bathroom was lovely! The shower/tub was so handy for giving the kids a bath, and great pressure in the shower for us adults. The towels were thick, big and absorbent. This house was just what the two of us needed for our stay in Craig to tour Yampa Valley Fiberworks, a woolen mill that is just north of town. We also got in some birding at the river in the afternoon. The house was clean and ideal for our visit--it is amazingly dog-friendly and that was very appreciated. The large grassy yard is fenced and there is also a smaller secure area that is pea gravel; dog beds and bowls are in the house. The kitchen is incredibly cute and well stocked with any utensil or pan you need to cook dinner. The bathroom is new and gorgeous and the beds are comfy--cotton sheets, too. This was perfect as my other daughter, who stayed here with us, has a dog. We are not hunters, but are happy we found an affordable spot in a great neighborhood. Very close to everything and charming! The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We arrived late to check in due to a big winter storm and the host was still so gracious and even shoveled for us. The shower was incredible, great pressure and plenty of hot water for 4 adults to get ready for the day. The host also made sure to shovel paths in the morning so we could get to our vehicles!
