"We arrived Friday night around 11:30pm. There is a bar next door and we heard the thumping music rhythm until very late evening. There were a lot of sketchy looking people milling around. We had to park in the parking garage about 1/2 block away from the hotel. It was a bit frightening. The hotel is pristine! Beautiful and comfortable room. The lobby is gorgeous. My only complaint was the loud music and sketchy people around. Saturday morning was a totally different scene with families at the farmers market and a downtown museum. The area was actually really nice."

"Staff was very helpful. I was traveling overnight from Alaska and arriving in VA in the morning. Since they weren’t at full capacity, they gave me a room at 11:00 so I could shower and change to attend a Celebration of Life for a dear friend. So much appreciated! Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast! And an airport shuttle!"

"What a cool stay. Hate that we only had 1 night to enjoy this lodge. Dinner was to order which included kids menu (tasty). Breakfast was a buffet (all food was great). They had 3 full bars, 2 of which are outdoors and overlooking the property. Property had 2 pools and a hot tub. Lots of outdoor rec toys available for borrow. Outdoor connect 4 and giant chess game. Hiking trails, 2 gift shops and ALL the scenes labeled from Dirty Dancing. It’s a must see"
