Horrible vacation but most the employees are trying and are nice. However, when it comes down to it…they won’t rectify a situation. I felt like I had to work part time to get the vacation I paid for. Had to ask every day for a wash cloth, mini bar to be restocked, room to be cleaned, etc. They canceled the main dinner & show while we were there with no notice and planned our evening around it. Then had to wait 45 mins for a table at 1 of the 2 places to eat that was open. The food isn’t good, my tip is to order a couple of entrees and appetizers so that you can get mostly full at least. The bartender at the TINY pool is good! We still tipped everyone as I really think it’s a management issue. Chatted with several people at resort and the general consensus was many guests were having issues….although the conversations didn’t start that way…nobody was trying to bash the resort. It was just an overall let down. Book somewhere else, I was fooled by the good reviews and wanted to give it a chance.
