Very old property that needed everything updated including but not limited to towels to to linens to A/C units. We were in two different rooms over 7 days. Just far enough away from the town centre to cost 7-10 USD each way. No restaurant in the area. Breakfast was “not good” and the cost for drinks (bottle of water 7.00 USD). Would never return! I told them at the front desk and the staff simple does not care. They are robots and don’t have a mind to make a simple decision such as turn down the pool music especially when it was just us at the pool.

Great hotel! Ask for a fridge in your room they have a few extras they can put in there if they’re free. There is a coffee machine in room but you have to buy the coffee. It’s about a 20-30min easy walk to town or $100MXN taxi ride. The snorkeling off hotel is pretty good. The pool and beach area is lovely, lots of loungers and umbrellas. The dive shop on property is the best!! Great place to stay if you like quiet.

Great view from balcony. Friendly and very helpful staff. Close location to go to: downtown, other beaches for verity, grocery stores, tourist shops, other restaurants for extra verity, or to airport. Beach lounges were very comfortable, and plentiful. Pool was nice. Snorkeling from shore very good.

Getting enough drinking water was an issue. The shower would not stay on. The water kept coming out of the faucet and not the shower. Staff is great. We have been here many times and hope to come back

No dinner restaurant on property and basic for the price. AC smelled moldy. Was a slightly dated hotel but just not worth the price in my opinion. Also a lot of banging at all hours which we could never identify. Sounded like large doors being slammed. Happened every night and morning. Food for breakfast and poolside was not very good.

Directly in front of the turquoise ocean. You can listen to the ocean waves all night. Very clean hotel. Staff is very helpful and nice. Don’t rent a motorbike there just have it delivered cause it’s quite expensive. The hotel is not near restaurants so you have limited dining options around. You’ll need a way to get around. The steak nachos at the restaurant were amazing.

Dining room was not open evenings. Very inconvenient. There was no beach to walk on. Too rocky & caters to divers rather than bathers. False photos of a beach were shown instead of a real one. Room was not clean under beds. Microwave & fridge should be provided in all rooms. There are always left overs that shouldn't be eaten cold or stale. Drinks need to be cold. Restaurant had short hours. Should be open till 11. Bar wasn't open all week. Should be open all week. People enjoy drinking & dancing. When bar was open it should not close at 10 but stay open till 2 at least. Front desk should never close. Most are open 24 hours for emergency. 10 is ridiculous time. Hard to get a taxi many times. There is no Uber which causes less availabilities. Front desk should have more service for exchanging money. It is not always possible to get to a bank. Spa staff doesn't speak much English & should. Extremely expensive services as well. Some security didn’t speak any English & at night it was inconvenient.

The pool was freezing. Our door handle broke on the first day and continues to have issues, the hot water did not work the first two days after they said they fixed it and lastly our room was not served even with the service sign needed on the door.

Very well maintained, nicely decorated. Room was very clean and fairly spacious for its class. Staff was nice. Their restaurant served the best chilaquiles I've found. Happy we chose Coral Princess.

Beautiful beachfront with great snorkeling, pool, great people. Take a taxi there from the boat or airport. Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch til 5 great food. Drinks around the swim up pool. Our room did not have a microwave or refrigerator but did have a great ocean view and a/c. Will definitely stay again for longer.

Having a ladder down into the ocean where you can snorkel was why we picked this property. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were great. This is a older hotel, so as long as you accept that, this is a great place to stay.

My room was perfect. Very clean and the view was incredible. I'm new to diving, and Island Divers took such good care of me. The area just out front was perfect for snorkeling, as well. I was there solo and never felt lonely or unsafe, even walking in town at 1:15 am!! Great place!

The rooms need to be updated. Once you’re inside your room it doesn’t feel like a four star hotel anymore. There is only one restaurant near by. There are several hotels in the area but there are no restaurants, coffee shops, bars, convenient stores, etc. This location is isolated and you need a taxi or a rental car for everything.

The place is very nice, with a lot of fish right in front of it for a quick dive. The only thing is the location away from any store and the lack of soptions to buy anything in the hotel after 5pm. A vending machine would be appreciated! The staff and the hotel itself are very good adn I will come back again.
