  • This property is perfect for your next holiday located only minutes from one of the best beaches on the Island. This large double story home comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate living areas up and down stairs. With a huge open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with a coonara wood heater and reverse cycle heating and cooling.
    No wifi.
    With decking areas to the front and rear of the house, views over the Golf ranch and glimpses of the water.
    This property is well appointed throughout and only minutes to all the Islands attractions.
    PETS only STRICTLY ALLOWED ON OWNERS APPROVAL - DOG BOND PAYABLE : $200

    Upstairs:
    Bedroom 1- Queen with ensuite (shower and corner spa bath)
    Downstairs:
    Bedroom 2 - Queen and single
    Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks

    LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
    Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

    STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain number of guests staying at this property.
    This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
    If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

    You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

    NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

    Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
    The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
    Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
    Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

    KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
    AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

Home away from home

Such a lovely place to stay. Clean and well equipped for short or longer stays. Kids loved the games, puzzles and selection of DVD’s but mostly loved the table tennis table where they spend their evenings. Thanks for a wonderful break in a clean and well-maintained home. We'll definitely book here again when visiting Phillip Island.

Holiday for Large Family

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great, lots of room & nice and quiet. Unfortunately our first night we had no hot water and didn’t till the next day at midday, we had a 4 month old baby... so lots of boiling the kettle 😒 this was a big inconvenience! No hot showers or even able to use the spa. The kitchen floor was dirty, glasses left on the bench & a very dirty dish cloth in the sink.. yuk!! The back yard in the corner was very over grown with weeds & the recycling bin was already full.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this house - it has light filled rooms with large windows, a fabulous upstairs large ensuite with air con and a corner spa which was a treat. The living & kitchen area is upstairs. May suit some but not others. It has lovely decor & great amenities. Only issue was the hot water switching off & a few calls to the estate agent. But they were so responsive & professional and resolved the issue quickly. This house equally suits couples & families. Main shops are only a few mins away. And many beaches a short drive.
