"Check in was terrible. We were there 90 minutes AFTER our scheduled check-in time of 4:00 and still had to wait 30 for a room to be cleaned and available. The attitude of the staff towards us was awful. They acted like we were in the wrong for wanting to check in and just kept giving the excuse of lots of late check-outs. Perhaps they shouldn’t allow so many late check outs if they know they have bookings coming in. I will never stay there again and would advise others to stay somewhere else. "

"The check in process required a second party to verify ID but was having technical difficulties on their end. They were quick to respond to get us in the house regardless. Located next to the interstate system. Quick to get to downtown Cincinnati. There were some temperature fluctuations between the main level and second floor. The representatives were quick to respond, sent out a technician, brought a fan for the 2nd level and offered more blankets for the cooler temperature on the main level. The house had plenty of room for our family of five. "
