The owners have carefully and modernly renovated this 1950s house and given it back its character.  
From the terrace, accessed by a few steps, you will have a dominant view of the surrounding countryside. Enjoy a fenced plot of 850m2.  
  
Raised ground floor: Bright living room opening onto the fully equipped kitchen. Go down 3 steps to access the sleeping area and the separate toilet. 2 bedrooms for 2 people each with their own private bathroom (shower).  
  
Electric heating. Non-smoking cottage. An alarm is present, it will be deactivated during your stay.  
  
The pluses of the cottage: Sheets included and beds made on your arrival, towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning included.  
  
Electricity is extra.  
A single-track railway line with little traffic (about 3 trains) is located below the field behind the house.
