Excellent location. Well equipped with laundry and dish washing machines. A nice surprise when we checked in. Host gave us an emergency ride to an event we booked when we could not get Uber or a cab. Great customer service!

We enjoyed our stay here. Lovely, renovated, clean , modern apt. We especially liked the outdoor seating. Walking distance to explore beautiful Dijon. Only small negative is that the only toilet is on the mainfloor, and the bedroom is on the upper floor. Just a bit odd and not convenient in the middle of the night. Otherwise, all was great! Thank you for a nice stay! Peter & Louise K

The hôtel location is perfect, and the room is so beautiful decorated and very spacious, very special! Love it very much, highly recommended

This is a clean, fairly central apt/hotel. Unlike Vrbo it has no “staples” in kitchen (ie salt, pepper, coffee). It does have a nespresso machine. The hotel has a “few” toasters and kettles that you can borrow, and we were lucky to get those (but they certainly aren’t in every room). The rooms were nice and quiet, shower good. Lighting was dim and room was hot (mid October). We opened windows all night which helped but were bitten by mosquitoes. It was a nice stay. We had reserved some paid...

This place was extremely good value for money - spacious, beautifully decorated, in an absolutely charming character building in a desirable part of Dijon. Tons of amazing food options just downstairs. We loved it and wished we'd stayed longer!

Great stay at this hotel, very convenient location. Lovely bakery across the street and easily walkable into the old town of Dijon, which is just fantastic. Really appreciated the manager accommodating our early arrival also. Merci-beaucoup!

Had trouble with hot/cold operation of showet otherwise all good!

This is a based on a student apartment model. Excellent if you have business to do on the University campus. These are not international hotel rooms. With a tram/bus pass, you have a tram station on campus at a 5 minutes walk. The tram brings you strait to the train and bus station.

Beautiful property and lovely staff. I don’t think I realized it was a retirement residence when I booked it but we had no issues. The room was perfect for us as a family of four.
