"No había personal en la barra de bebidas de la alberca y palapa. No se nos mostró la carta de vinos en el restaurante. Durante nuestra estancia no hubo en ningún día muesli o avena para desayunar, aunque estos dos platillos estaban en la carta. Se nos dijo que no tenían. El servicio de transporte del hotel hacia y desde el aeropuerto fue incómodo por la manera de manejar de los choferes a alta velocidad."
