"After driving for 7 hours and arriving in 27degree heat, it was very disappointing to find that the air conditioning did not work. Went to reception to ask, however no one was at the desk. Very disappointed."

"The town is nice and the location of the hotel good. The hotel itself is called Port Eguie, this was not mentioned anywhere in the details and this took ages to find the apartments, as no one knows Arago. The accommodation is dated to the 1980's and the kitchen is not good enough to cook in. The free wifi is only in reception and rubbish, the paid for wifi is not much better but at least you can get it in your room."

"I love the apartments and location but there terribly shallow you hear nothing but people dragging furniture across the floor no consideration for people under them and high heel shoes clanging across the floor. They need carpet or there are long term residents in there too they might consider wearing slippers."

"It wasn't as per my booking confirmation. I was given confirmation in my booking that there was Air conditioning but the room had none. I had to make several phone calls to customer service. One of your customer service agent Rick promised to give me full refund if I wanted to check out but another manager refused to follow up. Ruined my holiday. I have demanded compensation and refund."

"This hotel was in one word disgusting. We had booked one night as we had a late flight and the hotel we were staying in couldnt accomodate us for a late check out so luckily we were only in the room for hours and didn't have to sleep there. It wasnt clean at all. I opened the fridge and there wasdebris from previous guests and hairs everywhere. Makes me feel funny thinking about it. Wish I'd taken some photos. Dont stay there no matter how cheap."

"Firstly, Enjoy your stay in Salou!!! Viva Salou... and the Hotel itself is not the best nor the worst either. It’s somewhat a 3 stars for me.. The Area (Salou is just at the doorsteps) The Communication is (Good enough) and the Food. ( half board) it’s worth. Now the downside is the some of the amenities were broken, the lift is for 3 people only and it will only reach the 6th.( and we where at 7th) but anyway we where told during the check-in. and The WC are not well maintained ( but clean...
