"The hotel was nice. It was right on the beach and if you're on a high floor, the view is nice. My room had a few issues. 1.Mold on the ceiling. 2. No toilet tissue holder. I had to do a 180 degree turn on the toilet just to grab it off the top of the toilet. 3.There are no face towels. They only provide a hand towel and bath towel. 4. There were no curtains for privacy. Everyone across the way could see into my room at night. 5. No phone in the room. 6. No furniture on the balcony. However, after I notified the front desk the next morning, they put me in another room that afternoon and the new room was much much better. The only issue I had was the shower water does not get hot. It's lukewarm. Other than that, the hospitality was good. The food gets a 2 star. They definitely need to work on the breakfast menu. I also ordered room service and the food took an hour to arrive. It was cold and my melted cheese was like rubber. The menu said my chicken parm came with mashed potatoes and veggies but I got a handful of cold fries. Overall, it was a good stay despite the minor issues. The pool area is bigger than the pictures look. The water was hazy but I did see them testing the water. Oh, the elevator was out for a while. Had to take the stairs."

"Wonderful hotel. Extremely clean, super friendly staff, delicious breakfast. We were able to chat with hotel staff via WhatsApp for airport shuttle. Pick up was stress free. Once we arrived we were helped by Juan. He took our luggage, escorted us to desk service and to our room. He was extremely helpful, full of information and very friendly. Ana the waitress from the restaurant went above and beyond and made us fresh pot of coffee and ordered us Colombias best arepas for us to try. Hotel is located right across the street from the beach and next to a shopping mall. Mall has delicious food in the food court. There’s also a supermarket at the lower level. It is best to use hotels taxi. They were available to drop off and pick up. They also provide private excursions (which we hope to use next time we visit)."
