"The location of the hotel was very noisy with drunks outside the hotel. I’m writing this at 2am with my young children awake. The hotel wanted to help us when we checked in and allow us to cancel but unlike booking dot com, Expedia made that impossible. I will never book through Expedia again. Ever. "

"The owner was very very generous, friendly and helpful. He treated us as if we were part of his family. You don't get this treatment very often. The location is very close to the entrance El Zaino for the Tayrona Park. The vegetation around the property is fantastic. The only negative side is that the cabins are very close by the road and there is a lot of noise day and night. For the day it might not be a huge problem, but at night if you have poor sleep you might suffer from the noise."

"The room was very clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. One person who stood out to me was Stacy she was just wonderful, she went above and beyond to make my birthday special. She surprised me with me cake and sang Happy Birthday with the rest of the staff, while me and my partner were having breakfast (super cute) she was just overall a joy to talk to and made my stay feel super at home. Osh Hotel I’ll be back !! "

"The rooms are big and modern. The rooms, hotel, and all facilities are very clean. There is extra security at the hotel entrance so we felt very safe as a family with kids. The staff is excellent; very polite and eager to help. A special mention for Jesus, who is top at everything and goes above and beyond. I am not taking stars off, but one disappointing aspect of our stay was the New Year s eve party. The party was mediocre at best, and because of the party the pool and restaurant were closed from 2pm in the afternoon, which was very inconvenient."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at GHL Arsenal. From the moment we stepped in from the heat, Alfonso made our stay extra special by greeting us with a lovely welcoming smile and a cold, delicious mixed fruit drink. It was perfect timing and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was a la carte with lots of options and the happy hour drinks helped to end the day. The rooftop infinity pool was by far, the highlight of our stay. The incredible views of Cartagena's harbour were perfect up there. All in all, Alfonso and the rest of the staff made our trip a memorable one."

"Had a great experience here. The property is huge and it’s off the beach so decent views from the balcony and two pools one closer to the beach and one closer to property but still just a 3 min walk on property. Tennis court and the restaurant had an amazing seafood dish, cazual con marisco de Colombia. I had to take one home with me. My room didn’t have strong ac and they quickly found me a better room with normal ac. There was really no complaints. The place is nice and it wasn’t expensive. It’s not the closest to getsemani if you like night life so 22 min uber ride is needed because there is no nightlife in the beach area. But at least you get to wake up to a beach and it’s the only area they have hotels , with a beach front, where you don’t have to take a boat to stay in the beachfront island and not to far from night light. "
