    "We throughly enjoyed our 2 wks at the Cabo Break Hotel! Perfect beach location…staff was fantastic…Zippers restaurant was excellent . The restaurant in the hotel was very good also with exception of the loud music playing and the chairs very uncomfortable- bring a towel to sit on ! Rooms were comfortable/ very clean and again we can’t say enough of customer service we received from the Cabo staff! Thank you Betty /Juan and team!"

    "The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. "Due to a fire the day before we arrived, many of the amenities available to Altitude upgrades were not available. The adult pool was cloudy the entire time and the swim up bar never opened during our entire 7 day stay. The staff really worked hard to make up for the affected amenities, but not having two restaurants, made the week a little boring with eating choices. A complimentary Altitude upgrade for our next trip would be adequate to make up for the unfortunate circumstances and our minds...
