  • Welcome travellers to our authentic studio situated right in the heart of Bormla! Are you ready for the ultimate Maltese experience ?!

    Whether you`re a couple or travelling solo, the studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a double bed & also a sofa bed for another extra 2 guests!

    The special thing about this space is that it also includes a private terrace, making it the perfect spot for relaxation.

    Free access to the outdoor terrace, laundry room & main kitchen.

    Welcome to our beautiful traditional townhouse in the heart of the historic centre of Cospicua, also known through the locals as `Bormla`

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station, therefore it makes it easy to have access to all towns around the island.

    For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.

    Living | The living area features a comfy sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. The smart-tv is connected with the internet, making it accessible for those wishing to catch up on their favourite shows.

    Dining & Kitchenette | Adjacent to the living area, there is a dining area and also a kitchenette.

    The kitchenette includes a toaster, an electric kettle, a mini fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, toaster oven & a microwave.

    Main Shared Kitchen | On the 3rd floor, there is also a shared kitchen which is equipped with an oven and a hob for those wishing to prepare food.

    Bedroom | The bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and for over and above 2 guests we can prepare the sofa bed; linens and towels will be provided accordingly.

    Bathroom | 1 full bathroom including a toilet and walk-in shower.

    Private Outdoor Terrace | This apartment features a private terrace featuring comfortable outdoor furniture for our guests to unwind and relax at their own time.

    Common Outdoor | Guest also have free access to shared terrace which is also equipped with comfy furniture for you to relax and unwind in the Mediterranean breeze.

    Laundry | A washer and a dryer is available for our guests to use (situated on the 3rd floor). Kindly note that this is also shared with other guests in the building.

    Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toiletries and 2 towels per guests.

    The room also includes a vacuum cleaner, free for guests to use at their own convenience.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

    Guests also has access to shared outdoor terrace, laundry room and main kitchen (laundry room and kitchen are situated on the third floor).

    Bormla, also known as Cospicua, is one of Malta`s historic Three Cities, offering a unique blend of history, culture, and scenic beauty.

    Staying in Bormla provides easy access to the stunning waterfront, historical landmarks, and charming local shops and restaurants. The area is rich in history, with beautiful architecture and sites to explore, including the iconic fortifications and the vibrant marina.

    Bormla’s central location makes it an excellent base for exploring the rest of Malta, with convenient public transport links to Valletta and other major attractions.

    The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. You can find the routes also on the `Malta Public Transport` website.

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Bormla but parking can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

    2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

    3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

    4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

    5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

    6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

    - Shower gels
    - Liquid Soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

    8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
