Great facilities just a short walk from the centre
This is the converted top floor of an apartment block, so it isn’t obvious from the street. However, once you buzz in and find your way to the 5th floor, the view is stunning and the facilities are excellent. The owner gave us advice on what to see and where to eat; we then walked down to the Main Street and explored the shops and the open air art exhibits, before making our way to the old town and La Cantina Cosentina where we sampled traditional local food and wine for a very reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended.

The property was new, very clean, spacious and accommodating. The owner Antonio Santoro was SUPER. He was present daily to offer any help and accommodate any request by the vacationers. I would recommend this property to anyone.

A beautiful modern apartment normally shared with other guests, though we didn't see any so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished, with a huge terrace overlooking the city. Lots of attention given to details to help make your stay enjoyable. Very friendly host that spoke good English (not given in Italy :))

L alloggio è nuovo e messo bene ma ci sono alcune note che vorrei fare: la colazione prevede degli yogurt e cornetti confezionati quindi non freschi e senza la data di scadenza.Il frigo è piccolo e non sufficiente per il fabbisogno di tutti. A riguardo del condizionatore in camera da letto a mio parere andrebbero puliti i filtri poichè,dopo l accensione,emana un cattivo odore di polvere e si crea un aria irresponsabile.

Buongiorno e grazie per il suo feedback, è estremamente importante. Rispondo subito alle sue precise annotazioni. I cornetti sono confezionati perchè in quanto B&B non abbiamo la licenza di somministrazione cibo e bevande e per LEGGE devono essere confezionati così come le fette biscottate e le marmellate, riguardo la data di scadenza proprio perchè confezionati è scritta direttamente sulla confezione. La ringrazio per l'annotazione dei filtri del condizionatore, noi provvediamo alla pulizia dei filtri ogni tot mesi ed infatti è la prima volta che riceviamo questo genere di annotazione che cmq è ripeto importantissima. Le auguro una buona giornata.

Wunderschöne, moderne, saubere Apartments im 5. Stock mit grandiosem Ausblick über Cosenza! Von einem richtigen Frühstück kann man nicht sprechen. Es gibt Kaffee,Tee, abgepackte Croissants und Zwieback. Frisches Gebäck, Butter, Marmeladen, Säfte, Obst,... müsste man selbst mitnehmen.

Quella sorpresa inaspettata!
Ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro. Colazione essenziale nella cucina in comune. Antonio è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel fornirci indicazioni anche al di fuori della zona, più estesi. Ma la vera chicca è l'appartamento stesso! E' meraviglioso! Tutto nuovo, ampi spazi, cura nel dettaglio, moderno, luminoso! Insomma come farei io casa mia! Ahahahah All'arrivo a dire il vero ci siamo un po' spaventati, si trova su strada in un condominio quindi...non ce l'aspettavamo ecco. Ma appena varcata la porta d'ingresso... La vista dalla camera era bella, un terrazzino personale è a disposizione. Lo consiglierei vivamente! Antonio ci sa proprio fare! Grazie!
