It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a mile from the beach. Great for a couple or small group. This property features two bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) both with queen-size beds and one bath with a tub/shower combination and sliding frosted glass door. (BR1-Queen, BR2-Queen); There is also a futon in the living area that folds out to provide more room for sleeping arrangements for a total of 5\. Full kitchen with Keurig-compatible coffee maker cookware and utensils to accommodate your cooking needs. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to provide access to the balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or to just relax at the end of the day and soak up the view of town. There is a large yard for children and pets to play, a charcoal grill for dinner and entertaining, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. TV in the living area and complimentary WIFI. Bring your family and the boat and enjoy everything Port A has to offer. Pictures were different than what the place actually looks like. The flooring was not wood, no head boards to the beds, table and chairs were different. All furniture was older and is poor condition. The front door had a huge gap to where daylight was let in, and looking out of the corner of your eye you would think the door was open. The light fixture above the sink was damaged and the ceiling was falling apart. Like I said this place was just ok, more suitable for men on a fishing trip. Not a family vacation. ##### Lauren J.
