Our updated 3BR/3BA house is just down from the community pool in Mustang Royale, an oceanfront neighborhood, steps away from the beach –ideal for family vacations, romantic getaways and reunions. The ground floor has an open layout, combining the living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has 2 over sized leather couches with matching ottomans and an entertainment center with a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the dining and living areas, so you don’t miss a beat while preparing meals for your guests. The primary bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, an entertainment center with a TV, and an attached bathroom with his/her sinks and a shower/tub combo. Adjacent to the primary is the 1st guest bedroom, which sleeps 2 in a queen bed. Upstairs, you’ll find the 2nd guest bedroom furnished with twin/full/twin bunk bed. Then there is a loft area with 2 twin beds, a TV, and a full bath. Great price and just a couple of neighborhoods away from Cinnamon Shores. This house was very comfortable and our kids LOVED the access to the garage with foosball and Ping-Pong. The only recommendation is to bring your own beach towels, we couldn't find any on site. Otherwise this rental had absolutely everything. We loved that 2 bedrooms were on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked. This was one of the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The only complaints we had was the smoke alarm at the top of the stairs on the second floor would go off sometimes usually in the middle of the night and set the others off waking the whole house. The backyard is not fenced if bringing pets. The neighborhood was very noisy at all hours of the evening but it was spring break. ##### April S. We decided on a last minute trip to the beach and the beach house didn't disappoint! The kitchen was well appointed, beds for everyone (and then some - a nice change!), a nice patio and a great Rec room in the garage that the kids enjoyed a lot. It is a relatively easy walk to the beach (up some hills, so beware or rent a golf cart) and very minimal traffic to be concerned with. The community was tidy and nice looking. We felt safe our entire trip - aside from the mosquitos, but the city is definitely working on that daily during the season. Just bring bug spray and they'll leave you alone. Would definitely consider visiting again and even bringing along some extended family! Pro tip - while a golf cart isn't totally necessary, it would have made the trip more enjoyable. We had a beach cart which was a must for our family with 4 younger kids and all the stuff. We decided when we return (hopefully this time next year!) we'll definitely rent a golf cart for a smoother time for the littles. ##### Libby R. The first thing that happened as we walked in the house was we killed a roach which I can deal with, but overall the house seemed grimy and dirty. The Keurig coffee maker is also broken, and I feel confident that this was known, but not told to us prior to our renting.
