As you enter the first level, you are greeted by an inviting open floor plan that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The cozy living room features a plush sofa, a recliner, and a side chair, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach while enjoying your favorite shows on the TV. The spacious dining table seats eight, with additional seating for six at the kitchen bar, creating an ideal setting for memorable meals together.  
The fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and modern cabinets, making meal prep a breeze. This level also includes a comfortable bedroom with an ensuite bath, a convenient laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, and a stylish half bath, ensuring all your needs are met.  
Venture to the second level, where another inviting living room awaits, complete with two fold-out queen sleeper sofas, a side chair, and a TV for added relaxation.
