OCEAN VIEW!! Dune Our Thing is a cozy updated efficiency unit that is located on the fourth floor of the Sea Breeze Condo Complex, which offers you beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and the dunes right behind the property! . Have a cup of coffee or mimosa while you enjoy a beautiful Texas sunrise or watch the ships go in and out while sitting in the tall deck chairs on the back balcony with protection from the hot afternoon sun, while still enjoying the prevailing sea breeze.

Dune Our Thing is within walking distance to at least 9 restaurants and bars where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks and maybe even a little belt sander racing in season! You are also only a half-mile walk from the beach and the Horace Caldwell Fishing Pier.

If that's not enough, you have access to the incredible pool area complete with palm trees, hot tub and outdoor shower!

The kitchen has all new appliances (no dishwasher) to prepare your meals. Dine at the unique live edge mesquite table for four with pull-out bench seating. Lounge on the couch (which converts to a sleeper sofa), accent chair or storage bench

while watching your favorite movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV. Get a good night's rest on the comfortable King size bed. This area is accompanied by nightstands, a chest for your beach attire, a hanging area for clothes and a luggage rack. The adjacent full bath consists of a vanity and separate tub/shower, perfect for more than one person getting ready for dinner. There is also an onsite laundry facility for your use.

Great Getaway!

The Condo was great. I really loved the location. It was super close to the beach and within walking distance of shops, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. It was cold when we were there during out Spring Break vacation, but the hot tub definitely helped. The room was very clean and the check in process was super easy. This has become one of our new favorite spots to stay at.

Great location

We loved the proximity to all the restaurants and bars and the beach. Only downside (and it was a small one) was the bed was pretty soft and I ended up was a sore back each morning. Other than that the location, check in process, and unit were all great! We will be back for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was "ok" but a great view of the gulf, very nice pool and bbq area. Would stay again, but they do need to treat for insects (roaches). Overall it great for the money but if you can afford more go for it.

It should be disclosed that VRBO does nothing except collect a fee. Life in Paradise does everything, so avoid extra charge and book direct thru Life in Paradise.

Nice condo for my husband & I. Pros…cute decor, far away view of Gulf & large tankers, bed large, bit soft but still comfortable, elevator for those that don’t want to climb 4 flights, quiet complex & nice pool, A/C cooled well…Cons…loud 24/7 dehumidifier ( we got used to it) added with A/C coming on was a bit loud but we just considered it white noise & slept ok, dirty coffee filter still in coffee maker…Port A was ok, not quite what I envisioned, no real cute cohesive downtown, everything spread out. Prices high on island but cheaper drinks ($7.50) in Corpus…Beach underwhelming, shallow, we didn’t even wade much as jellyfish & large stingray washed up. Found other things to do besides beach, like USS Lexington tour, totally awesome & worth your time. Padre Is National Seashore also great…Worth the drive & $10 entrance fee to see beach down there. Good food/ambiance at Pier 99 & Snoopy’s Marker 37 in Corpus Cristi. If you have been to other beaches the Texas beaches may disappoint , just saying. Locals very nice.

Great View & Pool!

This was our 1st time staying at Sea Breeze and we will definitely be back! Check-in was easy, the view was wonderful, the bed was comfortable and all was great! The pool and hot tub were awesome as was the location. We can’t wait until next time!

Small and quiet and just what you want...

While the condo is small and seems a little out of the way it has near every single thing you could want in a place to stay in Port Aransas. I wouldn't wanna stay with more than 2, but alone or with your partner, this is a lovely little spot. It's convenient to the beach and has a pool and is also just a short walk to restaurants and bars and whatnot.

Great condo, great location!

Our family (2 parents, 2 kids) had a GREAT time during our stay! The SeaBreeze has an amazing, unobstructed view of the beach, a nice pool and hot tub, and is within walking distance to a number of great restaurants, bars, and shops. We didn't feel comfortable eating inside the restaurants due to covid, but we LOVED ordering takeout and eating it on the balcony of our unit and enjoying the view. We rented a golf cart during our stay and had a blast driving all over the beach and around town. It was a great trip, and we're already planning to come back over the summer!
