Island Daze is a large home that has it all: fresh paint, near walkover boardwalk that leads to the beach, upscale neighborhood, room for all of your crew (2600+ SF), Gulf views from the upper decks, a shared pool & hot tub across the street and two sets of washers and dryers.
The ground floor consists of three bedrooms. For the teenagers looking for a quiet place, they will love (BR1) with a Twin over Twin bunk bed, closet, corner chair and shelving, secluded from the other bedrooms and floor space to spread out. (BR2) is made up of a King bed, nightstands, corner chair, closet and a wall-mounted TV. (BR3) is outfitted with a Queen bed, nightstands, chair, closet and wall-mounted TV. These three bedrooms share a hall bath with a granite vanity and tub/shower. There is a full-size fridge in the hallway to keep drinks, snacks and frozen treats handy without having to go upstairs. The back-covered patio is the perfect place to grill the day's catch and unwind after a day at the beach or around town.
Venture up to the second floor where the heart of the home is a welcoming place for cooking, dining and gathering. The Chef's kitchen features spacious granite counters, tile detail backsplash, black and stainless appliances, pantry, both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, equipped with dishes, basic pots, pans, utensils & an oversized breakfast bar with seating for four. Enjoy meals from the large dining table with seating for ten. Relax on the front deck with your morning coffee or sit on the back deck while taking in great Gulf views and sunsets. The second-floor master bedroom (BR4) is comprised of a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV. The in-suite bathroom holds a double vanity and tub/shower. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board located in the hall. This floor also has access to the master bathroom by way of the laundry area.
The third floor would have to be the children's favorite spot as it boasts a 6-person suite (BR5) consisting of two Twin over Full bunk beds, wall-mounted TV, a large sectional sofa for gaming and an abundance of floor space to stretch out and play. The hall bath features a jetted soaking tub, a stand-alone tiled shower with a glass door and two vanities separated so all can get ready without invading others' space. Panoramic Gulf views can be seen from the 3rd-floor deck while taking in the ocean breeze on the tall chairs that look over the railing. Extra amenities include a Foosball table for those to get their competitive edge going and an extra set of washers and dryers in the garage. This home is ideally located between Sand Point's shared pool/hot tub & the beach walkover and has just received fresh coats of paint and brand new floors. It is just 0.7 miles to the beach and 1.7 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. Island Daze is sure to please the whole family.

EV Charging Available: For guests traveling with an electric vehicle, the home is equipped with an on-site EV charger featuring both NACS (Tesla) and J1772 connectors. The charger is set to a maximum charging rate of 7.68 kW (32 amps) for efficient overnight charging. Simple operating instructions are posted directly on the unit. We recommend bringing your own adapter just in case, depending on your vehicle.
Property comes with a starter pack of toiletries, any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish.
